How can you even say that the Sun is bigger then the Earth??? Recent theories suggest that the Earth is actually bigger than the Sun. They also say that the Earth is actually the center of the Solar System and that the Church was right and Galaleo was wrong. The same theory says that the Earth is actually a flat surface and that it is dish shaped. It is all very hard to believe but there are more parts to this and the Jains also believe in this. Please explain if this is logical or not.....

earth is smaller than sun because sun has comparatively larger diameter than earth..(calculated by magic of science + maths)

Consider this. Scientists have measured the diameter of earth and sun. Comparing them earth is very very very small than sun that even 1,300,000 earths can be fit. Astronauts have travelled into space they have sent photos of earth. Earth is geoid shape, flattened at the poles and bulged at the equator. And also the whole solar system has been captured in camera. How can you say all these? We have proof. Ancient people had only theories
