Explanation:  its simple

make a free body diagram of the object showing the forces acting on it

usualy normal force , force by its acceleration and mass , horizontal component of mg and vertical one

now apply newtons law

i.e some of all forces on an object is equals to zero

as an body of mass m is going downward with acceleration a  making @ angle with horizontal  ans connected to a string which has a tension T

here mg sin@ -T =ma    .....(mg is force exerted by dody on the horizontal)
