try to get an point size image of a distant object using the concave mirror.Measure the distance between the image and the concave mirror.The measure obtained will be the focal length.

Try reflecting a distant object, like a tree or something, on a screen, using the concave mirror. Keep the screen in front of the mirror, try to obtain Bright intensive image on the screen. Then, the distance between the screen and the mirror is the focus.
