HELLO FRIEND HERE IS YOUR ANSWER,,,,,,

"Drive the nail aright boys,
Hit it on the head,
Strike with all your might boys,
While the iron is red."

First stanza here is showing to give power and show a boyish strength over a task given to a "Boy", and for accomplishment and hitting a point at a right time. Striking at a right time when a iron is "red hot" refers to striking it in a particular right time and not wasting the "opportunity" given to you or anyone else with full accuracy and determination.

"When you have work to do boys,
do it with a will,
They who reach the top boys,
First must climb the hill."

Second stanza now refers to hardworking nature should've been present from the start. The Red blood should be pumping all day from showing courage to take any missions and works to climb up those opportunities and settle as a good occupation with roller coaster journeys. First the boy or man should do hardwork and address the issues in it before moving forward.

"Standing at the bottom boys,
Looking at the sky,
How can you get up boys,
If you never try."

Here the poem is referring to not getting up on time and taking those opportunities will leave you daydreaming about all those chances given to you. If you don't try and be like that and be like someone to wooden spoon you especially if not giving a mind trying it, you'll never get up and remain in the ground forever. Not every time someone is going to lend a helping hand to make you get up, you should try yourself and try, try and try; Never stop trying until you succeed and prove every one of them wrong.

"Though you stumble oft boys,
never be downcast,
Try and Try again Boys,
you'll win at last."

Consistent failure downcasts you and brings the motivating spirit including determination to succeed at a given opportunity totally out of context. It makes Failure more dominant and here again the poem is referring to Try again and try after you actually dominate and succeed your evil Failure With a Good Success. Winning the fight and making yourself as a emergent winner makes you a champion! ;)

Important Moral and a whole gist of Poem: It throws a beam of light of those values and importance of presearvance in a life full of travesty and fallacy. To be the best is not what is required but, it solely emphasises on not leaving a work not dropping the hopes, being positive, a optimist with a lot of optimisation on practical beliefs including ones need to satisfy the desires of "not losing and never giving up", defeat the failure and you'll surely make em cry with thunder! Particularly, last point would've the mentioning of "Boys" showing gender inequalities, Girls and other genders deserve the same poem. Girls, Boys and other genders have a right to get privileged education and equal rights for everything. Therefore, this poem also applies for girls and other genders. Never Give Up!

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU AND GIVES A VIEW FOR GETTING FAILURES AND LEARNING SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!
