- First by stopping eating junk foods.
- We shouldn't eat some foods which has more fat or sugar.
- We should take vegetables and fruits more.
- Firstly we should follow a balanced diet.
- We should do exercise more.
- We should do our works and all things by ourself time to time
- Eat food at time.
- Take rest for time.
- We shall not eat much non-vegetarian foods.
- Having vegetable foods (Leafy foods) like - Dal,Lady's finger,cabbage etc can make a diet good.
- Not to eat more jam,sugar,butter,honey.
- Always having plenty of water.
- Being hydrated helps a lot.
- Eating the foods which has fibre is very good.
- Chew nicely and eat or else they won't digest much.
