  • First by stopping eating junk foods.
  • We shouldn't eat some foods which has more fat or sugar.
  • We should take vegetables and fruits more.
  • Firstly we should follow a balanced diet.
  • We should do exercise more.
  • We should do our works and all things by ourself time to time
  • Eat food at time.
  • Take rest for time.
  • We shall not eat much non-vegetarian foods.
  • Having vegetable foods (Leafy foods) like - Dal,Lady's finger,cabbage etc can make a diet good.
  • Not to eat more jam,sugar,butter,honey.
  • Always having plenty of water.
  • Being hydrated helps a lot.
  • Eating the foods which has fibre is very good.
  • Chew nicely and eat or else they won't digest much.
