Fill the 3-liter bucket  and pour it into the empty 5-liter bucket .
Fill the 3-liter bucket again, and pour enough to fill 5-liter bucket. This leaves exactly 1 liter in the 3-liter bucket .
Empty the 5-liter bucket , pour the remaining 1 liter from the 3-liter bucket into the 5-liter bucket .

Fill the 3-liter bucket and pour it into the 5-liter bucket.
The 5-liter bucket  now has exactly 4 liters.

Firstly use the 5 litre bucket and fill it then took the 3 litre bucket and take 3 litre water from the 5 litre bucket then there's only 2 litre remain then again fill the 5 litre bucket and took 3 litre from it then exact 2 litre remaining there.By this we can get exactly 4 litre water.
