how can you open an axisting file in paint?

-open paint application.

-go to file menu.

-select open file then select ur file from ur file location.

The first way is:

By simply double-clicking on the image file in the file explorer.

Or. the second way is:

To open paint, click on file tab and then click open. A dialogue box will open and then browse to the file's location and select the file and then click open.
