*ONLY KNOWN TO WORK ON WINDOWS XP, VISTA, AND 7*
A simple batch program that opens Scratch by the command line.
Export it to anywhere, copy the file, paste it into notepad**, save it as "Scratch.bat" and run it! :)
** Notepad can be found using run. Type in notepad on the line it gives you. It can also be found in All Programs - Accessories.

To upload a previously downloaded project, go to the project you would like to upload the .sb2 file to. Click File, then from the dropdown menu, click Upload to from Your Computer. Select the file you would like to upload, then click Open. The project will then load onto the Scratch Editor.
