Six (6) level teaspoons of Sugar.
Half (1/2) level teaspoon of Salt.
One Litre of clean drinking or boiled water and then cooled - 5 cupfuls (each cup about 200 ml.)

we can prepare the ORS solution in the following
Step 1- take one litre oh water (or as much as you want...this is just for reference)
Step 2- add 6 tablespoons of sugar to it
Step 3- add 1 tablespoon of salt to it
Step 4- stir well until all ingredients mix well
