we can write as:
$\frac{0}{0} & = \frac{100-100}{100-100}$;
$= \frac{10^2-10^2}{10(10-10)}$;
$= \frac{(10-10)(10+10)}{(10)(10-10)}$;
$= \frac{(10+10)}{10}$;
$= \frac{2}{1}$;
$=2$

Then $\frac{0}{0}=2$
