Answer:

acc to chargaff law adenine always bind up thymine with 2 hydrog bond

cytocine bind with guanine with 3 hydrogen bond

purine always make bond with pyrimidine and vise versa purine never bind with another purine and pyrimidine never bind with another pyrimidine

Answer:

thier structure i.e. molecular structure is responsible for purine binding with pyrimidine

Explanation:

it can be proved, as always an adenine binds with thymine & uracil in this adenine is purine and thymine&uracil are pyrimidine. also, guanine binds with cytosine where guanine is a purine and cytosine is a pyrimidine . from this it can be proved that only a purine can binds with pyrimidine
