How can you raise the pitch of the note of a certain veena string without changing the length?

Piano String - to Vary Pitch of the music note

    Frequency is inversely proportional to the length of the string. Frequency is directly proportional to the square root of the tension in the string.

Here the length is fixed.

Pitch will increase if the tension is increased. SO tighten the string more.
