Add boundary layer blowing,

Suck the boundary layer.

Coat it with a low friction layer (Teflon, wax).

Go to higher, less dense air,

Go to hotter air.

Reducing air drag is quite complex but if we take example of the plane the ari drag is quite less because of its structure. An airplane is designed by taking inspiration from a bird so we can also reduce air drag if we make something like a plane or a bird like shaped.
