When the air around the steel glass comes(in which cold water is poured)in contact with the steel glass, the air condenses to form tiny water droplets which we are able to see on the glass tumblur.

Dew can be found on objects in the morning. These are water droplets that condense from the atmosphere. This results from the moisture in the air condensing at a faster rate than it is evaporating forming water drops.
A bootle taken from a refrigerator is very cold and thus warm moist air that passes close to it is cooled leading to condensation.
