A publication can be saved for the first time using the 'Save' command and with a new name or in another location using the command 'Save As'.

• To save it for the first time-

Choose the File option------> save option in menu bar

or Choose the save option from the toolbar

or use a keyboard shortcut- CTRL+S

The save publication box appears on the screen----> select the file name----> click on save

• To save it in a different location or name- We follow the same procedure but choose the 'Save As' option and when the save publication box appears, we select the new preferred name or location and save it.
