Answer:

The balance of carbon dioxide and oxygen in atmosphere is mainly maintained by the oxygen released and carbon dioxide consumed during photosynthesis by plants. It is also regulated by the carbon dioxide released by animals during respiration.

Answer:

we can say so because carbon dioxide is released when we breathe and through various other processes such as burning etc and this carbon dioxide is taken by plants and oxygen is released and thus balance is maintained
