how can you say that all the positive charge of atom is concentrated in the centre of atom​

POSITIVE CHARGE=PROTRON

NEGATIVE CHARGE =ELECTRON

And protron are present in the centre of atom in its nucleus and electron in its shells.

ex=K,L etc
