now real meaning of democracy is ''government of the people, for the people and by the people..'' as government is formed by people..so all people should should equal in front of eyes of govt. the first and the main ambition of a government is to spread equility and equality is showed by its rights. .
example...
right to vote.
right to equality...
right to freedom...
etc..
these rights are applicable to all and are equally applied on every person. every person has the equal right to raise voice against wrong.
if the people aren't satisfied with the government then they can also change government......
by these we can conclude that democracies are based in political equality.
