How can you say that digestion of a spider's food takes place outside the

DIGESTION : Digestion refers to the break down of complex food substance into soluble compound.

Yes, digestion in animals occur inside the body. Like we humans, we have alimentary canal and digestive glands which together makes the digestive system. So, our digestion takes place inside.

But some insects like spider, spiders digestion takes place outside the body. First of all the spider catches the prey or insect. Then it injects digestive juices into the body of the insect or prey. After sometime, the body parts of the prey or insect digests and then the spider sucks the digested food.

So, it can be said that the digestion of all organisms doesn't occur inside the body

Spider digest there food outside there bodies .After there prey is captured ,spiders expel digestive enzymes from there intestinal track on to the victim . The enzymes break down it's body tissue and ,after a few seconds , the spider sucks up the predigested , liquid tissue
