Olden, days there were lower and upper caste people. Lower caste people were discriminated by upper people. They frightened to go to temples and could not go to schools. and even if the upper caste people saw the shadow of lower caste people, they thought that they became unholy. After many years struuggle they got equality. But still in our society the poor people are faced lot of discrimination. The upper caste people forgot that in their hindu granth it is noted that all are god children and started to spread rumours that god hated lower caste people. DR. BR Ambedkar after experiencing this unequality he decided to draft constitution which also contains the rules of equality and also the rules of behaviour of our country's citizens
