Biosphere actually means a place where there is interaction between the three elements of earth land(lithosphere), water(hydrosphere), air(atmosphere). We can say that forests are biosphere reserves as it is a place having a large ecosystem and there is abundance of interaction between the elements in a forest. Animals, plants co exist with each other. It is a place where dependency of living organisms on each other can be seen.

biosphere is a part where all the insitence for living is there it mainly comprizes  hydrosphere, lithosphere and atmosphere . when these  spheres comprizes only life can be present hydrosphere for water, litosphere for soil and atmosphere it is a perfect eco system .in forests all these 3 components are there[ hydrosphere] in forest there are hevy rainfall thee soil will be rich in water, [lithosphere] the soil of the forest floor comprizes the dead and decaying mater of plants and animals the soil will be rich in minerals. [atmosphere] the trees in the forest provide  oxygen for the animals and animals provide carbondioxide for the plants.
for this following reasons we could say 'frests are biosphere reserves
