speech and expressions are the essential features of democracy b'coz this is the basics means by which we tell our probkems to the govt. Democracy means where a person can feel free to do anything....and speech expressions are those modes through which we can show our different feelings to the govt...through which we can question them...through which we can support someone...through which we can keep our thoughts infront of others....

when u can give ur opinion then only it will be the true democracy. In a crowd if everyone thinks the same then also u can the different way and should have freedom to express it.
