increasing in mass and body size is known as growth..
and production of an offspring from parents is known as reproduction

unicelluar organisms like amoeba and hydra when grown in size and mass (growth)they produce new offsprings (i.e by binary fission and budding) which is reproduction ...


a new cell also fomed and mass also increased so we can say that growth and reproduction are synonymes in unicelluar organisms...
