Because with our own ideas and ability we can make many other things out of other resources. So we are a most important resource.

The skill of humans help in development of country of country that ' s human resource are the most important resource than others . For example if we produced large amount of raw cotton and if we don't have ability to convert into useful cotton that can use for making clothes then we will earn no profit and the able one will do it and earn profit
