Our Indian judiciary is independent and its independence can be insured by the following provisions.

1⃣The salaries of the judges of high court and supreme court are charged upon the consolidated fund of India so that they do not owe loyalty to anyone.

2⃣Their salaries cannot be reduced to their diadvantage so that they can take decisions independently.

3⃣The judge of supreme court retires at the age of 65 and judge of high court retires at the age of 62 and they not authorized to work after their retirement so that their juniors are not influenced by them and decisions are taken in favour of justice.
