first of all Mr keesing understand the very important point that a student and a teacher relation is very complicated if the teacher would not understand what student actually need he would not actually able to teach them properly and give them proper teaching and due to this he understand the the real talent of any and he did not force him to learn his subject and also he encouraged him in poetry and writing skills by giving the extra homework. interested that any was an shark student but she was not interested over the subject of Mr keesing as he had a good sense of humour and proper sensible mind he allowed any to talk but in a very less way this also help him to make an interest in any for his subject and also need a good relation with any and hence she is an excellent teacher.
