Mrs. Pickeltide  was a very rich women . But this is  not enough for her she always want more and more . Also she is jealous from Miss  Loona . She is also adventurous . When she heard loona is doing some more adventure . she always shows better than her . also she always show off . she gave 1000 rupees to villagers for a safe and secure hunting 
it shows her competitive nature .

Yes, Mrs Pakletide was a women of competitive nature.

She was highly jealous of her companion Loona Bimberton.Her jealous feeling towards Loona only made her competitive.Mrs. Packletide was not that good in shooting so she bribed the villagers to arrange a tiger for her.They did so and she instead of shooting the old tiger shot the goat.The goat was dead and the tiger died out of heart attack.She gifted a tiger claw brooch to Loona and arranged a luncheon party.

This proves that Mrs. Packletide wanted to maintain a healthy competition with Loona Bimberton and she was highly competitive.
