how can you say that nondemocratic government can be very quick and efficient in decision making and implementation

the non democratic governments can make quick decisions and implement them because:-

• The decision making power rests with only one or a group of few. it does not require to pass through majority.
• This takes less time as compared to a democratic country.
• In a non democratic country their is no formal way of making the bills and implementing those. it is done informally.
• In undemocratic country the governance is connected with military thus implementation becomes faster and easier, also compulsory to follow.
