Democracy is that form which is govern fairly and transparently as voters select...
But in Pakistan military decides the role of PM army Chief control the rights and power of govt....
In spite PM but military govern Pakistan so we can't say that at time of Mussaraf who was itself army leader Pakistan was Democratic...
