How can you say whether a image formed in mirror is virtual or real ? Explain with diagram.

There is no need of a diagram. You just need to see if the image is inverted or erect. If it is inverted it is real. If it is erect then it is a virtual image.

IN the diagram if the image arrow points upwards it is erect. If it is pointing downwards it is inverted.
