How can you separate a mixture of a large quantity of tiny bits of paper mixed with pulses / dal?

We can use electrostatic force .
By rubbing a balloon on dry hairs and holding it above the mixture can help.
As it will attract all the pieces because of its electrostatic force

To seperate paper from pulses ,add a lot of water in the container of pulses. The paper would float on water.
