GiveN :-

  • How can you separate ammonion chloride and salt and explain .

SolutioN :-

We need to seperate Ammonium chloride \sf( NH_4Cl ) from the salt \sf ( NaCl) . As we know that the Ammonium chloride has a property of sublimate whereas salt doesn't have . Sublimation is the property of a substance to change directly into gaseous state from the solid state . So if we mix salt and Ammonium chloride we can heat it in a beaker then the Ammonium chloride will change directly into gas whereas salt does not .

Hence we can separate !

The opposite of sublimation is called Deposition. That is ,

\boxed{\red{\sf Sublimation\rightleftharpoons \blue{Deposition} }}
