How can you stop being too much emotional?Explain this according to human psychology?.

Heya mate....  Sometimes we feel emotional because we expect...sometimes expectations doesnot get fullfilled and we become emotional...to overcome trust wisely...because people break trust and the one get broken which hurts a lot and one become emotional...according to human psychology The poisonous effect of guilt. Rejection, loneliness, and loss are painful experiences caused, in part, by our need for strong connections with others. In guilt, you essentially are the source of your own unhappiness. Guilt can be adaptive when it shows you where you’ve strayed from your own moral compass. However, just as often as not, it’s unhealthy.  @skb
