when we mix sugar in tap water in a glass of 90 ml we r able to see the sugar settled at the bottom if we don't mix it .if we mix it by steering the water in the glass for sometime we will observe after some time that the sugar is not present there in the glass .where has it gone? actually the particles of sugar have get mixed up with the particles of water.now take two another glass of 90 ml and fill it with water hoti 90 ml .now take the first glass in which we had make the solution.take up to 10 ml of the solution and mix it in the second glass .now take 10 ml of the solution water from the second glass and mix with the water in third glass.take a sip from all the three glasses .what u will observe ?u will see that all the water tastes some sugary only the thing is that the water r less sugary than the other.thus we conclude that the each sugar crystals contain millions of sugar particles with it.and thus we can say that they r particulate
