for fat-
take a paper
place the food you want to test on the paper
fiold the paper make sure that the food is inside the paper
now crush the food and see if there were oily pathaes it will be rich in fat .
For protein-
Take small quantity of the food items to be tested.
Put 2-3 drops of iodine solution on it.
Observe the colour of the food item.
Blue-black colour indicates the presence of starch in the tested food item.
