the CO2 gas and O2 gas in atmosphere enters the cell by the process of diffusion.it is the spontaneous process of movement of substances from higher concentration to lower concentration.for eg when the gas like oxygen has higher concentration outside the cell,the gas will simultaneously and spontaneously move inside the cell making it more consistent
