Acc to Brutus speech Caesar was becoming ambitious and to meet his ambition he could use the country and countrymen. He said to the people of rome that Caesar was becoming powerful day by day and he will make the countrymen slave

So for those people who liked to be slaves for them he had done wrong by killing Caesar.

He very cleverly stir the emotions of people of rome and made them see Caesar as a danger for the country.
