Answer:This cement is made by heating limestone (calcium carbonate) with other materials (such as clay) to 1,450 °C (2,640 °F) in a kiln, in a process known as calcination that liberates a molecule of carbon dioxide from the calcium carbonate to form calcium oxide, or quicklime, which then chemically combines with the other ingredients.

Cement is manufactured through a closely controlled chemical combination of calcium, silicon, aluminum, iron and other ingredients. Common materials used to manufacture cement include limestone, shells, and chalk or marl combined with shale, clay, slate, blast furnace slag, silica sand, and iron ore.

Steps in which the cement is prepared are as following :-

1. MINNING :- minning of raw material that are used in cement manufacting mainly by limestones and clays

2. CRUSHING, STACKING AND RECLAIMING :- The limestone is crushed in the 1st crusher called jaw crusher and then it sended to the 2nd crusher called impact crusher in which the clay reduce particle size

3. RAW MEAL DRYING , GRINDING AND HOMOGENIZATION :- The raw mix high grade limestone and irons are fed from their bins to mills for drying and fine grinding.

4. CLINKERIZATION :- Cement clinker is made by pyroprocessing of kiln feed into preheater kiln system

5. CEMENT GRINDING AND STROAGE:-

Clinker and gypsum for OPC, limestone for limestone cement then all entracted cement gathered from slay to slay and sent them to their respectibe hopper and fed to cement mills

6. PACKING :- Cement extracted from silos is converted to the automatic electronic packers and then they dispatched in trucks.
