How chillies turn milk into yogurt? (caution don't comment hopeless answer's)​

Fresh chillies don't help in curdling of milk ,however, if the chillies are dry then there is a possibility that lactobacilus might host the chiili. Also chilli conntains capsaisin which is thought to be ideal for lactobacillus. However, this might not always work as the bacteria may die before the curdling of milk. That is why this is a less common practice.
