How circular polarization increase transmittance through metals?

I saw an answer in research gate,that lower wavelength and circular polarization can increase transmittance.How does it work?,does linear polarization also increase transmittance.

Heya...

When light is transmitted on a metal surface the free electrons in metal oscillates due to the polarization of electric feilds ,,, The resultant of polarization in two directions either right or left side perpendicular to process .

In this way it increase the transmittance on metals...
