It has helped us to determine the correct way of living life.

  • Civilization, in its true sense, is the conscious and intentional restraint of desires. This alone creates and improves contentment, genuine happiness, and the ability to serve.
  • People are more amicable to each other in a herd, yet we are still highly vicious to individuals outside our herd.
  • For example - In the modern world, the ancient Chinese civilization had a major influence. Yet it was largely all about their creations. This fostered friendliness among people
  • Paper, since it is still used today, was their most proud contribution. It was made really thick once, before somebody found a way to create a thin fine paper.
