Clouds are formed when water vapor rises high up into the air. When it reaches cold air, the vapor turns back into droplets of water! When clouds get so full of water droplets that they can't hold any more, the water falls back to the ground as rain.

Clouds are formed by the continuous process of evaporation.water from lakes,sea and oceans gets evaporated by the sun and rise up, then they cool and form clouds.they are a group of tiny droplets of water. When the amount of water droplets increase they fall down as rain or snow(depending on the weather)
