Coal is a fossil fuel which forms in response to the great time and pressure under the earth's crust into soggy dense material known as peat which is the initial stage of coal formation this coal forms further into various other kinds of coal in nature due to even microbial activities..

Uses of coal are; Coke, Ammoniacal liquor, coal gas, and coal tar etc..
