I am not comfortable with the influence of the Supreme Court in Pakistani politics. Judicial independence is the principle that the judiciary is separate from the other govt  departments or the politician in charge. This ensures that the courts must not be controlled by other State departments or by private or political interests inappropriately.

• Judicial independence is the concept that the judiciary should be independent from the other branches of government or the politician in office. That is, courts should not be subject to improper influence from the other branches of government or from private or partisan interests.
• Judicial independence preserves the "rights & privileges"  given by a specific constitution & prohibits the infringement of certain freedoms by "legislative & executive"  actions. It is the basis of the rule of law & democracy
• The Constitution provides no jurisdiction for constitutional review to the Supreme Court, nor the right to revoke legislation and executive acts. The Supreme Court has the power to overturn legislation and executive actions which it finds "illegal or unconstitutional". The Supreme Court can not enforce its rules explicitly but is based on compliance with the Constitution and the law in order to conform with its judgments.
