Increasing substrate concentration increases the rate of reaction..this is becoz more substrate molecule will be colliding with enzyme molecules, so more product will be form.......

Answer:

concentration effects rate of enzyme activity....

As constant enzyme concentration, increase in substrate concentration causes an initial  increase in the velocity of reaction till it reach  a maximum and then remains constant  .with further increase of substrate concentration the velocity of the reaction decrease , indicating that  at high substrate concentration enzyme activity is inhabited......

hope this helps you.....
