How copper sulphate and anhydrous copper sulphate are inter convertible

Answer:

When hydrated copper sulphate is heated in boiling beaker. It loses its water of crystalization and the salt turns white in colour. However, when the crystals get mosturised with water it gets its blue colour back. This is how they are inter-convertible.
