Aurangzeb was the governor of the decan Bengal,  Bihar and Odisha. So Aurangzeb wanted his empire also in South India. But weakness of Military power the expedition was fell. It was a very big trouble to maintain a huge army. He declared the independence in Bengal,  Bihar,  Odisha but he lost a huge money for South India expedition. His Jagidari system was also fell down. His religious policy wre not good. They had to re- check.
