Basically, education is training one's mind and body for the new technology. Industrial development goes hand in hand with technology and hence education proves to be an important aspect in affecting industrial development.

In the following ways education affects industrial development:

1. Better education: implementing quality education and modern training will create a skilled and qualified workforce; this workforce will definitely contribute to the economy in a positive way.

2. Educated people maintain high fitness and nutritional patterns; it will create a healthy population and lead to an increase in work efficiency and thus contribute to the increase of per capita income of the citizens of a particular country.

3. Educated people will invest their money intelligently, and by encouraging investment in the rural and backward areas and adopting modern technologies in agriculture to bridge the gap between the rural and urban; which will open ways for others to educate and positively affect the industrial development.

Answer:

Industrial development needs a lot of educational workers and officers at all levels.

We need lot of technicians, scientists, engineers, management personnels, lot of support system etc.

Previously lack of “technical know how” led to the establishment of factories with foreign collaboration

Now due to education affect, we are technically skillful and can establish industries without any foreign collaboration.
