The British started ruling India in 18th century, even though the Indian rulers were more in number we could have easily thrown them out of our country if we were united against them, but because the Indians itself were fighting against each other, the British took advantage of it and followed a policy of divide and rule, and ruled such a big nation like ours for 190 years....
