How could we stop poaching?

Tribal people are mainly involved in poaching.Poaching could give goods and food for tribes.

To stop this government should take some actions by giving them necessary things they need. Like food, clothes etc which is obtained from animals,or tribal people should to be shifted from forest to a place near city so that they could get things they wish to.
